The 35 meter FORWARD HOUSE EXPLORER is our thoroughbred explorer in this size range. This explorer is built on our 27.5' beam "fast displacement" hull providing the superior efficiency and seakeeping qualities these hulls are known for. Specifically designed to meet the Great Barrier Reef Cruising Requirements, this vessel offers tremendous interior volume while still coming in under the 35 meter rule. As with all of our designs built on our fast-displacement hull, the 35m has a lower service deck below the accommodations deck providing the needed space for expanded cold and dry stores as well as auxiliary machinery. these features combined with a fuel capacity of 16,500 gallons enables the owner to cruise for months with no shore support.

Another element incorporated into the design for safety and security is the fold-up stern. When in the folded-up position any type of unwanted boarding is difficult as compared to the traditional platform. A half round section has also been used for the rubrails which would be difficult to get a foot hold on. When folded-down the stern opens into a nice beach style platform accessing the large lazarette. There is a large boat deck for tenders, two-man sub and other water toys.
